  • Opening Hours
    Open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, excluding major holidays. Specific holiday hours will be posted in advance.
  • Reservations
    Advance reservations are required for all spa services and access to the spa facilities, including daily access for Members. Walk-in availability is limited. Book online or call our Spa Concierge at 305-200-2255 to reserve your experience. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. For group reservations (5 guests or more), please book directly through our Spa Concierge at 305-200-2255 or [email protected]
  • Rescheduling Policy
    To reschedule your booking, please call our Spa Concierge directly. We are happy to reschedule your appointment provided at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Day Spa passes may be rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled check-in time, based on availability. We do not provide refunds for Day Pass no-shows.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be coordinated directly with our Spa Concierge at ( 305-200-2255 / [email protected] ). We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any Spa or Salon appointment, including all spa treatments and hair/nail services. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the treatment/service fee to the credit card provided at time of booking. No-shows without prior notice will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds for late cancellations or no-show appointments. We’d be delighted to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided at least 24 hours’ advance notice from scheduled appointment time. Group reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid incurring 100% of the fees due for ALL guest services and appointments scheduled, including Day Passes.   • Payments
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Some prices are subject to sales tax. An automatic 20% gratuity charge will be added to your final bill for all services. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and cash. We do not accept personal checks or traveler’s checks.
  • Refunds & Exchanges
    Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date with receipt/proof of purchase. No refunds or exchanges for used products or spa services.
  • Membership Policies

  • Health Considerations
    Your health and safety are of utmost importance. Please advise us in advance of any health conditions, pregnancy, injuries, sensitivities, or allergies that may affect your service. Some restrictions may apply.
  • Age Limits
    We are an adults-only facility. Guests must be 18+ years old to access spa facilities and services. No minors permitted.
  • Check-In
    Please arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow ample time to check in, change clothes, relax, and enjoy the spa facilities before your treatment. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment times - no exceptions. ID is required.
  • Attire
    Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa is a co-ed facility with shared spaces. Proper, well-fitting swimsuits are required in all spa areas for the health, safety, and enjoyment of all guests. Robes, slippers and peshtemals are provided in our Men and Women locker rooms. Items must be returned after use; guests who do not return robes and slippers will be charged 100% of the replacement costs. ***No G-Strings and see-through swimwear is allowed.
  • Cell Phone Use
    As a courtesy to yourself and others, please silence cell phones and refrain from talking loudly. Photos and phone use are strongly discouraged – we want you to truly relax and enjoy the experience! However we are happy to assist you with taking a few photos during your visit.
  • General Conduct
    For centuries, people have gathered in hammams to bathe, relax and socialize. We welcome groups and encourage guests to mingle and enjoy themselves – however please be mindful of your neighbors and keep voices low, so as not to disturb other guests and ensure a peaceful environment for all. We do not tolerate harassment, unwanted advancements, or lewd behavior from any guest or employee. Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse service based on inappropriate behavior.
  • Outside Items
    For your health and safety, we do not permit any outside food or beverage, alcohol, body/skincare products, or smoking of any kind. Lunch, dinner, snacks and refreshments may be purchased from our on-site restaurant, Topkapı. Water is available complimentary throughout the spa.
  • Personal Belongings & Lost Items
    Please leave your valuables at home, and secure your personal belongings in your locker. Additionally, GSM boxes are available for use. Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
  • Pets
    For health, safety and sanitation reasons, we do not permit pets or animals of any kind, including service animals. For special assistance, please contact us in advance at [email protected].
